WINCHESTER, VA - When you graduate a Diesel that ran for 2,016 yards and 20 touchdowns, it might be understandable to lower expectations a bit. But that couldn't be farther from what is happening at James Wood High School as the Colonels prepare for the 2010 football season.
Without the departed Brock Lockhart, James Wood is still feeling good about its chances to remain in the hunt for a Northwestern District championship this fall, and after watching a recent practice, it is easy to see why.
