Starting with Michael Brownlee (#25), the entire Briar Woods team should have a lot to look forward to in 2010.

BRAMBLETON, VA - Briar Woods doesn't want to be told they're good - they want to be told they're the best.
Back-to-back third-place finishes in the Dulles District doesn't sit well with this team and they feel this is their year to change all that. 4-2 district records may look nice but it's not what this team strives for. Just by looking at them on paper, then yeah, we can say they do have a great shot at turning around those 4-2 district records into a 6-0 unblemished mark. They'll have one of the Dulles District's best backs at their disposal in Michael Brownlee and they return a lot from a defense that allowed just allowed just 13.2 points per game to district opponents. Throw in the fact that just about every Dulles team loses a lot from last year, and you can see why there's so much promise out in Brambleton. Question for now, though, is can they make it happen?
