Lady Cougars Hold On To Beat Majors 44-38
VIENNA, VA - The Oakton Lady Cougars didn't play their best basketball Thursday night in the quarterfinals of the Northern Region girls tournament. At times they struggled, allowing rebounds and turning the ball over. And yet they won, again, outlasting the Mount Vernon Majors 44-38 before their home crowd, answering each of their opponent's runs with a run of their own.
