Imagine traveling on I-66 in a minivan and then switching to a Bugatti on the way home. That's what these past two weeks have been like.

After a blizzard came through the Northern Virginia area and postponed games scheduled for Week 4 of the basketball season, we then jumped full speed ahead into the Holiday tournaments, which included teams playing games in three straight days. There wasn't any time to blink, or rest for that matter. In fact, some tournaments such as the Bulldog Bash featured four games a day! Compile on the fact that there were girls games played as well, and you can imagine how it was total basketball overload. Also, seeing as the week before featured nearly zero games, that's quite a stark difference.

And due to Mother Nature postponing every weekday game scheduled before Christmas Eve, we too decided to postpone our Power Poll. After all, no one had played a single game since our first poll was released. There would simply be no point in releasing another one. So instead, we waited until all the tournaments were done before releasing the poll, which is what we have featured below.
