Woodson Rolls Up Oakton 31-16
The Woodson Cavaliers rolled over the Oakton Cougars, 31-16, in their 1st Round Northern Region playoff game, and will now face the Westfield\South county winner next week.

FAIRFAX, VA - The #1 seed Woodson Cavaliers, back in the Northern Region playoffs for the 1st time since they won this tournament in 2004, found themselves in a unique home game situation Friday night in Fairfax. With the heavy rains passing through our area this week, the Woodson football field was deemed unplayable, and the athletic department at Fairfax high school offered up their artificial turf laden stadium field to the Cavaliers, for their 1st round game against the #8 Oakton Cougars.
