LORTON, VA - Regardless of what sport you play. Regardless of what level of competition you happen to be playing on, the playoffs are the great equalizer. There are no second chances. Rayshawn Rigans and the Hayfield Hawks know this point all too well. Friday night, in one of the finer contests in this writer's memory, between two of the most explosive and dynamic athlete's in that vast expanse of knowledge, the R.E. Lee Lancers limped away from a 28-24 win, beaten up but battle-tested, to advance to the Division 5 Regional Final against Stone Bridge next week.
