STAFFORD, VA--Osbourn may have entered their game Friday night as the #3 seed, but there was no doubt when the teams walked off the field at North Stafford High School that this team is much better than their seeding. Osbourn took on North Stafford for the right to play the winner of the Brooke Point and Massaponax game also taking place Friday night.

Osbourn hung 56 on G.W. Danville less than a week ago in their opening round game and would go on to score 20 in this contest. The Eagles have outscored their opponents in the playoffs 76-18, and may be playing their best football of the 2009 season at just the right time.

Coach Steve Schultze did a good job prepping his team for the run-heavy North Stafford offense led by quarterback Marcus Morrast and Torry Hart. The tandem had combined for nearly 2,000 on the ground in just 10 games this season, but they would find the going tough in the game Friday night. Osbourn's defense did their job and limited the Wolverines to less than 130 yards of offense.
