1. Oscar Smith (7-0, 6-0)- Last week the Tigers roared past Lakeland 48-13, look for coach Morgan's team to stay perfect as they go on the road to Nansemond River.

2. Phoebus (7-0, 6-0) - Phoebus rolled Menchville last week to set up the showdown against the Crabbers this Friday night. It should be a battle.

3. Woodside (6-1, 5-1) - Woodside pummeled Denbigh 35-7 last week and now they will face an improving Kecoughtan team at home.

4. Bayside (7-0) - The Marlins beat struggled with an upcoming Chiefs team, but got by 13-7. They will face their toughest opponent as a hungry and angry Ocean Lakes ball club comes to town on Saturday.

5. Grassfield (5-2, 5-1)- The Grizzlies went on the road and had the most impressive win of all 757 teams last week as they knocked off the undefeated Great Bridge squad. Look for coach Asprey's team to win the rest of their games in the regular season, starting with Hickory this Friday.

6. Lake Taylor (5-2, 3-1)-The Titans lost to a solid Maury team 14-7 on rainy Thursday night last week. Look for them to get back to their winning ways as they face Wilson this week.

7. Landstown (5-2) - The Eagles dominated Salem 37-6. Coach Reamon will have his boys ready when Tallwood comes to visit.

8. Maury (5-2, 3-1) - Maury upset then No. 5 Lake Taylor last week. This week the Commodores will try to keep their play at a high level as they travel to B.T. Washington.

9. Great Bridge (6-1, 5-1) - The Wildcats got it taken to them at home last week losing to Grassfield 34-14. This week coach Gales team will look to get back on track against a struggling Indian River team.

10. Hampton (5-2, 4-2) - The Crabbers pulled it out in overtime against Bethel, 20-19, in an exciting game last Friday. Now they play a team who has had their number the past few years in No. 2 Phoebus. This is probably is the biggest rivalry in the 757.
