There's No Stopping Sherwood Warriors
At home, the Blair Blazers couldn't stop the Sherwood Warriors on their 20 game winning streak.

SILVER SPRING, MD- Sherwood won their 20 consecutive game in dominating fashion, 35-0 against Blair on Friday night. After forcing the Blazers to a three and out, Sherwood took its opening drive 48 yards for a quick Cyrus Britt 17-yard touchdown run.
After both teams exchanged punts the remainder of the first quarter, Blair punter Andrew Gondor's knee touched the ground giving Sherwood a short field. The Stormin' Warrior's capitalized and Cyrus Britt Scored his 2nd rushing touchdown from the three yard line.
Danny Hunt intercepted Alex Egber's pass late in the first half giving Sherwood the ball on their own 46-yard line. Cyrus Britt busted a 37-yard run getting the Warrior's down to the 12-yard. The Blair defense forced Sherwood to attempt a 28-yard field goal.
Andy Estrain's kick had plenty of distance but hit the left upright. Half time score was 14-0 with Cyrus Britt scoring both touchdowns after a 12 carry 124-yard performance
The second half started out well for the Warrior's, Alex Cole returned the second half kick off 50 yards to the 39-yard line. Alex Cole caped off the drive catching a 23-yard touchdown pass from A.J. Pignone in the right corner of the end zone.
After stopping the Blazers on their next possession, the Warriors struck pay dirt once again. A.J. Pignone connected with Joseph Cohen on a 39-yard pass down the Blair 2-yard line.
Dylan Hubbard punched it in the next play for a 28-0 lead with 6:17 left in the 3rd quarter. Kai Hopkins added a 9-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to make the final score Sherwood 35 Blair 0.

Britt rushed for 2 touchdowns and 124 yards in the first half alone. He finished up with 20 carries 166 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Andrew Gondor- Blair
Gondor was all over the field, he punted, he made 15 tackles, rushed 13 times for 68 yards and caught 2 passes for 35 yards.
