NWD Notebook - 3rd Edition
WINCHESTER, VA--As yet another week of games has been put in the books it's time again to take our weekly trip around the Northwestern District. There are two big district match-ups this week with both being very important to how the rest of the Northwestern District season could shake out. Overall, the Northwestern District has fared quite well in 2009, as you will see throughout this week's notebook. So, without getting to windy here at the beginning let's simply dive into the Northwestern District Notebook for the 3rd Edition of 2009.
