STERLING, VA - With the 1st two weeks of Loudoun County football in the books, it is time for the 1st installment of the 2009 Loudoun Notebook. The weekly update of our beloved Loudoun County area football teams. Once again, however, the Stone Bridge Bulldogs will not be covered on a regular basis here, as they will be included in Andy Hayes' weekly Northern Region Notebook. So I will continue to cover all of the Dulles District, as well as Loudoun Valley and Heritage in the Cedar Run.
