What is GameDay All-Access?
Gameday All-Access is an online membership to high school sports coverage in Northern Virginia. With a Gameday All-Access membership, you will have access to live radio games, on-demand video of games, and exclusive content from Gameday's staff of experienced analysts.


Who delivers and supports GameDay All-Access?
Gameday All-Access is a Gameday Properties, LLC product, and it is supported by the staff at Gameday. You can contact them with support questions by e-mail at support@gamedaymagazine.com.


How do I sign up for All-Access?
You can sign up for three different products online at http://gamedaymagazine.com by simply clicking sign up at the top of the front page. We offer a 3-Day pass, and an Annual Membership. With your purchase, you will be able to listen to as many games and watch as much video as you desire.


What is the encode rate(kbps) for your streaming video?
We stream our video at 500kbps.


System Requirements:
To best view our multimedia content associated with the Gameday All-Access membership, we recommend that you have high speed internet with a download speed for radio of 100kbps minimum, and a download speed for 1mbps for video. To test your download speeds, you can visit www.speedtest.net to learn how fast your connection is. If you have dial-up, your experience will not be great as our content must be delivered via a broadband connection.

Make sure your computer meets all the All-Access system requirements before you contact support about choppy video or radio that buffers consistently.

GameDay All-Access Subscription FAQ:

Can I access my subscription from any computer, anywhere at anytime?
Gameday allows for one IP address to be logged in at any given time. If more than 2 IP address attempt to login within a 24 hour timeline, your account will be locked for violating our terms of service. You can access your account from any computer, anywhere, and anytime as long as you abide by our IP login guidelines outlined in the terms of service.

How long will games be archived?
Full Video Replays of games will be archived for 3 to 6 weeks depending on the size and their popularity. After they are removed from our Gameday TV playlist, they will be placed into an online store that will be launched in late September of 2010 for you to purchase and download. Radio games will be available for the entire season, and then moved into the online store as well.

I am having trouble trying to sign up online.
If you have tried to sign up and have not been able to complete your purchase with Pay Pal, our system is still saving your username and password information. If you try to sign up again with that same username and password, you will not be able to get past the first step of the sign up process. Simply e-mail GamedayMagazine@aol.com and tell us what your name and username was you used when you didn't complete the transaction, and we'll clear your account info so you can sign up.

I am having trouble with Pay Pal.
Pay Pal will allow you to use your credit card to pay for your Gameday All-Access Membership and not be a Pay Pal customer if the credit card is not already tied to a Pay Pal account. If your credit card or e-mail address is tied to a Pay Pal account, you must login to your Pay Pal account to complete the transaction. If you have not verified your Pay Pal account yet, you must do so before using that credit card and e-mail to sign up for our service. Pay Pal is one of the most trusted online merchant providers in the industry, and your information is secure and safe with them, thus the reason we chose them as our payment processor.

I am a paid member, but I cannot get to the content.
Make sure you are logged in first and foremost, and also understand that what you see on the front page is not where you will see the content as a paid member. Simply log in, and click the content you desire to read or watch, and you should be taken to the members only section to do so.

How do I retrieve my password?
Below your login area, click on the forget password link and provide your email address to reset your password. If that doesn't solve your problem, contact us at support@gamedaymagazine.com and we can help you fix the issue.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership, simply e-mail us at support@gamedaymagazine.com with your request. You must request a cancellation a minimum of 48 hours before your membership renews. We do not refund requests made after a membership has renewed.

How much does an All-Access membership cost?
A 3-Day All-Access Pass costs $4.33 per day, or $12.99 in total. Our Annual Membership cost is $139.99.

Will I Have Access To The State Playoffs As a Gameday All-Access Member?
Unfortunately, the answer to this question is no. Gameday and the VHSL work closely together to broadcast the State Championships in Football, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, and Lacrosse, but in order to have access to those events, you will need to purchase a ticket separately. Stay tuned for more announcements coming soon with regard to where you can experience those events online.

What Happens If I Cannot Access A Live Game? Will I Get A Refund?
Gameday does not guarantee that any or all games will be broadcast live. We do not offer a pay per view or listen option because of this. Our 3-Day Pass product provides you with an opportunity to experience the games either live or on-demand, and if you are unable to hear a game live, it will not constitute grounds for a refund. We wil however discuss with you the technical issue you were having, and if we find it to be something common among other All-Access members, we may provide you a credit at our discretion. Obviously, our first priority is for you to be happy as a customer of Gameday.

Media Player requirements?
You must have the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player installed on your computer. To do this, click here now. Flash Player

Is Gameday compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0?
Yes, Gameday's media content is compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.

How do I download and install the latest Flash plug-in?

What should my Pop-up Blocker settings be?
You should not need to have your Pop-up Blocker turned off, but if something isn't working or you can't get to an area on the site because it says it is being blocked, try unblocking it to see if that resolves the issue.

How do I delete Temporary Internet Files in my browser to clear them?
On Firefox and Internet Explorer, go to the Internet Tab > Options > Advanced > Reset All Settings


Can I use AOL as my browser for this subscription?
We do not recommend using AOL for the Gameday All-Access membership. AOL does not clear their cache as often as the other internet browsers, which means you may not get the most updated information on the site each time you visit.

When I play a video, why can I hear the audio but not see the video?
Check to make sure you didn't click a Radio link first and foremost. Check to make sure your flash player is installed correctly, or updated. If your internet connection is not fast enough, you may not be able to view the video.


How can I improve the quality of my video?
The quality of the video depends on our screen size and resolution. At 500kbps, our video is outputted to 480x360 on your screen. If you try to view it at a larger size, it will not look clear.
