Devlin Named Co-Pitcher of the Year in ODAC

LYNCHBURG, VA - Joey Devlin, a 2005 graduate of Broad Run High School, recently completed his career as a pitcher at Lynchburg College. This year, as a senior, Devlin was named the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Co-Pitcher of the Year.

This is not the first honor for Devlin as a pitcher at Lynchburg. Last year, following a 9-0 campaign on the mound, Devlin earned 2nd team All-American honors. In the last two seasons, Devlin did not lose a decision in conference play.

The past two summers Devlin has pitched for the Herndon Braves in the Clark Griffith Collegiate Wooden Bat summer league. Devlin is currently training in hopes of being drafted this coming June...
