BREAKING NEWS: Heritage's Driskill Resigns

It was announced later today on Wednesday that current Heritage head coach Wes Driskill would resign following the conclusion of this Friday's contest between the Pride and Loudoun County.

Driskill, who has served as Heritage's head coach since the program's inception back in 2003, resigned due to family reasons. He currently has one son playing for Stone Bridge and another daughter attending college, whom he wishes to spend more time with.

Since taking over the Heritage program in 2003, Driskill has compiled a career record of 29-30, while leading the team to 7-3 records both in 2005 and 2007.

Heritage currently sits at 6-3 on the year as they head into their season finale against cross-town rival Loudoun County, a team which Driskill has managed to beat every year since the program's first year back in 2003.
