Breaking News: All-Met Softball Selections
Liberty, Dulles, and National District athletes were among those named 2008 Washington All-Metropolitan softball selections, according to Gameday sources.
Broad Run scored a trifecta for the Dulles District, as senior pitcher Caitlyn Delahaba, senior first baseman Karla Powell, and senior shortstop Ashley Kramer all made the grade. Dominion senior third baseman DeeDee Fryer also represented in kind.
The National District sent Yorktown shortstop/oufielder Bree Hanafin, and Stone Bridge senior Kayla Lechler joined from the Liberty District.
