Perfect Again: Delahaba, Spartans Roll to 15-0

SOUTH RIDING, VA - Perfection is a hard thing to obtain in sports, but don't tell that to Broad Run's Caitlyn Delahaba. The senior pitcher hurled her second consecutive perfect game on Friday night against Freedom to lead the Broad Run Spartans to their 15th win of the season, 16-0 drubbing of the Eagles.
Senior Kaitlyn Tiplady finished the game with the hottest bat with 3 hits and 3 RBI's. She also scored 3 runs in the game. Sophomore Anna Blessing had 2 hits and an RBI and senior Michelle Clohan had a double and three RBI's.
Ashley Kramer finished with 2 hits, 2 runs scored and an RBI, and Alba Crues notched a hit and had two stolen bases and an RBI.
The Spartans remained undefeated at 15-0 with the win and improved their winning streak to an incredible 44 straight games dating back to 2006. Broad Run has won a staggering 69 of their last 70 games.
