Dominion Hits King George Hard 10-2

STERLING, VA - The Dominion Titans, who had their bats silenced by Manassas Park pitchers on Wednesday night, came alive in the Titans second game of the season. The Titans beat King George, 10-2 at home Friday night.
The Titans pounded out 12 hits with Matt Sherrill leading the way with a perfect 4-4 night, a walk and 2 RBIs. Geoffrey McCowat was 3-3 with a sacrifice fly and drove in 3 runs. Chris Taylor chipped in with 2 RBIs.
Junior Ryan Skeffington, in his first varsity start, went 4 innings and picked up the win, giving up 2 runs on 2 hits and striking out 7. McCowat and Austin Behr also turned in solid relief performances.
