Patriot's Hill Named Redskins Coach of the Week

Ashburn, VA- The Washington Redskins announced today that head football coach Andy Hill of Park View High
School in Sterling, VA has been named Redskins High School Coach of the Week for the week of October 22,
2007.

The Redskins High School Coach of the Week program is designed to recognize and reward excellence in high
school football coaching.

Coach Andy Hill has been coaching football at Park View for three years. According to Athletic Director Joseph
Breinig, Jr, Hill "focuses on the specific qualities of character in his athletes that empower them to be successful
on and off the field." The team volunteers every Saturday at Bill Allen field, a local youth football stadium, where
they help on the field and in the concessions. Hill has also been instrumental in developing a reading program at
Sterling Elementary School where he brings his players to read with the students. Hill was named the Dulles
District Coach of the Year in 2005 and 2006. The Patriots are currently 7-0 and ranked #17 in the Washington
Post Top 20.

Each week during the 2007 high school football season, the Redskins will select one area high school head
coach as the Redskins High School Coach of the Week. The selection is based on the coach's continuing
commitment towards promoting youth football, developing motivated student-athletes, his overall community
involvement and overall team performance and record.

Each of the coaches chosen throughout the high school season will receive a $1,000 donation from NFL
Charities to their football program and a framed certificate signed by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell,
Redskins Head Coach Joe Gibbs and NFL Director of Football Operations Gene Washington.
