Forney's 2 RBI Night leads Pride to 4-1 Win

The Heritage Pride took advantage of great performances from Rachel Forney and Erin and Kim Brosnan to beat Millbrook 4-1 on Monday night. Rachel Forney had an excellent night going 2-3, with 2 RBI's, 1 Run, and 1 Stolen Base. Erin Brosnan had a double, and Kim Brosnan had 2 RBI's. Once again Heritage played great defense and made some outstanding plays. Whitney Malone had five ground balls hit at her, and Heritage turned their first double play of the season, Carly Schmidt, flipped to Lauren Beecher at 2nd, who then fired over to Erin Brosnan at 1st to end the 4th inning.

Heritage jumped to a 1-0 lead in the 2nd inning. Millbrook answered back with a run in the fourth, but Heritage pushed it out of reach with two runs in the fifth, and another run in the 6th.
