(Potomac Falls, VA) - When Park View travels to play Potomac Falls Friday night, the Patriots will be in a position that they weren't supposed to be in, first place. That's right, Park View has stormed onto the scene with a school best 11-1 record to open the season, and the Patriots sit atop the Dulles District Standings.

Park View's starting lineup features some familiar names from their 9-2 football team that won the Dulles District, including All State defensive lineman Thomas Mulabah. Mulabah has been on fire, averaging 14.5 points per game in the first 12 contests. Mulabah and teammate Amechi Anyaugo (12.7 pts per game) have combined to give Park View one of the best tandems in the Dulles District.

Potomac Falls enters Friday's matchup with something to prove as well. The Panthers are sitting right behind the Patriots in the standings and need to make up some ground to keep pace in the Dulles District title race. Potomac Falls is led by Azhar Ahmed and Ben Biber. The two outstanding players have been key to the Panther's success so far in 2006.

Key Matchups:

For Potomac Falls:
The Panthers must put a big body on Mulabah in order to keep the Patriots from getting easy points in the paint. If Potomac Falls can do this, they should have a great chance at winning the game.

For Park View:
The Patriots have to contain point guard Ben Biber. Head Coach Jeff Hawes loves to run the floor and Biber is the most experienced point guard in the district. His leadership and ability to penetrate and create shots for his teammates is a major reason why the Panthers can score with anyone. Park View must not get into a shootout with the Panthers to have a chance.

Nuggets of the Game:
Presented by Chick-Fil-A

Park View
- Minimize Turnovers
- Take Crowd Out of It Early
- Feed The Big Boys Down Low

Potomac Falls
- Play Great Defense
- Capitalize on Park View Turnovers
- Get Great Play In The Paint

Outlook:
This game is a preview of what we believe will be the Dulles District championship game in the tournament. If Potomac Falls is able to come out victorious, the Panthers will close the gap in what figures to be a tight race to the finish.

Predicted Outcome:
Park View has been hot, but the Panthers have been the most consistent program in the Dulles District in the last few years under head coach Jeff Hawes. In addition, Potomac Falls is really tough at home.
