Berkeley Springs Golf Full Steam Ahead
The Berkeley Springs Golf team has advanced to the West Virginia AA State Golf tournament which is held in Wheeling, WV at Oglebay Golf Course. The Indians placed 2nd as a team at regionals which qualifies their entire team to compete in the state tourney. Senior AJ Blankenship placed third overall at regionals with a score of 84. Berkeley Springs golf team has put together an impressive season in terms of titles and overall record. The Indians recorded a 57-13 record and the team was crowned PVC Division I Champs and they were the Tri-County Champs.
Best of luck at the state tournament on October 2 and 3.
On a side note Keyser's Travis Kidwell placed 2nd overall at regionals. He will be shooting for low individual honors at Wheeling.
