Milton Morris, 5-10, 265-pound lineman, committed to play football at Howard. Catcher Victoria James committed to play softball at North Carolina Central.
Three more Lake Taylor football players have made college commitments : 6-foot, 230-pound lineman Justin Marable to Bridgewater; 5-9, 175-pound defensive back Cenika Turner to Virginia State; and 5-10, 165-pound defensive end Theodore Ford to Newport News Apprentice. Ford was a first-team All-Eastern District selection, and Marable and Turner were second-team all-district.
