Woods Gets 15 strike-outs in Two Hitter for Cavs

Zach Woods hiked his record to 5-0 and carried a no-hitter into the fifth inning for the No. 1 Cavaliers (13-3, 12-0). He pitched 15 strikeouts in a two-hitter to put Princess Anne over Landstown 10-1. Junior Austin Benda had three hits, four runs scored and two RBIs. Jake McAloose and Donnie Crosner combined for six Princess Anne RBIs.

In other games, Nansemond River 7, Oscar Smith 2: Tim Eure stroked his second home run and drove in four runs to lead the No. 5 Warriors (16-1, 12-1) to their 10th win in a row.

Daniel Rye notched his first complete-game victory against the No. 9 Sun Devils. Derek Trueblood smacked his third home run for the Dolphins (10-6, 7-5) to give Ocean Lakes the victory over Salem 7-3.
