Scorching Hot Vikings win 4th Straight in Soccer
The Loudoun Valley Boys soccer team improved to 7-6-2 on the season following a 8-0 win over Briar Woods on Senior night, Friday. Senior Roberto Neyra led the Vikings with 3 goals, completing the hat trick in the first half. Seniors Matt Hiser, Kinan Whyte, and Kevin Hayba each added a goal to finish out the last home game of their career. Junior Mike Nachajski also added a goal for the Vikings.
The Vikings have been hot of late, winning 4 games in a row, including 3 shutouts, and have outscored their opponents 21-1 in those 4 games. Valley will finish out the regular season when they travel to Heritage High School on Tuesday.
The Vikings will then enter into the AAA National District Thursday to begin District Tournament play.
