Estrella, Rohde help Pride Roll 19-1 Over Titans
The Heritage Pride Boys Lacrosse team won a convincing match on Friday over the Dominion Titans in the District Quarterfinals 19-1. The Pride received great performances from Alex Estrella and Shaun Rohde who both scored 4 goals in the contest. Bryan McCarthy also scored 3 goals and Dean Stambules and Jason Cadwell posted two a piece. Goalie Tyler Barton had 7 saves during the game and kept Dominion from posting any sort of comeback on the scoreboard.
Heritage improves to 9-5 and will play Potomac Falls (#2 Seed) at 8pm on Monday at Broad Run in the next round of the district tournament. Dominion finishes the season 4-10.
