Beach, Delahaba help Spartans win 19th straight
Spartan Ace Caitlyn Delahaba helped Broad Run win its 19th straight softball game on Friday after making quick work of a fiesty Dominion Titans squad. Broad Run won the game 7-1 and as usual, Delahaba dominated from the mound allowing only 3 hits and striking out 12 while walking none in the contest. Delahaba also knocked in a RBI and provided the spark at the plate with 2 hits in the game.
Ashley Kramer had a solid night at the plate going 3 for 3 with a double and 2 runs scored. Reagan Doiron had a double and 2 RBI's and senior Annie Beach had 2 hits and 2 RBI's. Friday night was Senior Night for the Spartans. Broad Run will host a regional playoff game after the district tournament.
