Braves Win Behind a "GRAND-SLAM"
Joe Grandison caught fire at the plate during the Hampton Roads Invitational
tournament, and stayed that way on Wednesday slamming a 2-run homerun in
his first at-bat and coming through with a clutch game-tying sacrifice fly. The
Braves went on to finish the comeback, beating a tough Oscar Smith team 7 to 5.
Kyle Hall pitched well in relief while Jeff Alexander, Christian Phelan and Kyle
Taduran each drove in runs.
